Thank you for visiting and shopping at BeArte Gallery. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy within The European Union

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free shipping

All shipments within The European Union are free of charge based on our normal shipping procedure. However, the customer always pays insurance for shipping. The insurance amount is 1% of the value of the artwork. Express shipments can be arranged for a fee. Contact us for more information.

Shipping Policy General

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

BeArte Gallery does not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BeArte Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

All shipments handled by the BeArte Gallery are insured. We have chosen this solution, so neither you as the customer, nor the artist, are put in a bad situation as a result of lost shipping or damage. You can read more about transport insurance in our section ‘Shipment Insurance’.

If you want to arrange your shipment yourself, be aware that you take over the responsibility for your purchase, as soon as the shipment is delivered to the driver. Should the shipment disappear or be damaged, you will not be able to use your 14-day return policy. In cases where you arrange the shipment yourself, you must contact your courier yourself, in case of lost or damaged shipping.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
